who would want to buy stocks at 5x market value using this? Its just a joke and thats why even the tranche shares are dropping like a rock.

Rest of answer noble investor remations A warrant is a call option to purchase stock at a specified price.  If the market price is higher than the strike price you could exercise the warrant and purchase shares at the strike price and immediately sell them at the market price.  In that case you would generate a cash return equal to the difference between the market price and the strike price (less transaction fees).  If the market price is less than the strike price you would likely not choose to exercise the warrant.  Warrants can be exercised at any date prior to the expiry date.  If they are not exercised before the expiry date they will expire worthless.
This is the answer I received from noble Investor relations Shares of NEBLQ were terminated at our emergence from bankruptcy.  Former equity holders did not receive shares in the reorganized company.  Former equity holders receive their pro rata portion of 2,777,778 Tranche 3 Warrants to purchase equity at a strike price of $124.40 per share with a five year maturity.  Holders receive their distribution of Tranche 3 Warrants based on their pro rata ownership of the 251 million NEBLQ shares previously outstanding, which is approximately 0.011 warrants for each share of NEBLQ owned (rounded down).
first time dealing with warrants. if I have 80k shares, does that mean I have 880 warrants, equal to strike price of 124.40/share, 109k$. I'm definitely mis understanding something. appreciate any insight

 I have read that they will be diluted to 4%, it is not clear if they will also give shares and what the strike price will be
So what happens to the shares when the restructuring happens? Do they go to zero or rebound with the 'parent' company? I'm only seeing speculation not actual sources justifying anything. I'm in with 10k but at this point it's just a gamble
