Q1 was hurt by the negative sentiment in late 2023 as Lumen was attempting to restructure its debt. All that is now behind it. Expect Q2 to be the one to look at.

Cogent its purest competitor has crashed. Fiber infrastructure isnt cheap but the stocks are.

About the approved debt restructuring ,Kate Johnson, president and CEO of Lumen, stated : The transaction provides the time and capital to fuel our return to growth. This is enough for me to have confidence in the future of the company.

Please explain the statement to me: "Lumen expects to close the TSA transactions by the end of the month, subject to the satisfaction of limited remaining closing conditions." What is " TSA transactions" ?
