Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Financials and Infrastructure sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index fell 0.76%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses PT (JK:BOSS), which rose 25.00% or 280 points to trade at 1400 at the close. Meanwhile, Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (JK:WOMF) added 24.39% or 60 points to end at 306 and Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk (JK:INRU) was up 22.05% or 215 points to 1190 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya (JK:BBRM), which fell 17.91% or 12 points to trade at 55 at the close. Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk (JK:BMSR) declined 12.72% or 29.00 points to end at 199.00 and Yanaprima Hastapersada Tbk (JK:YPAS) was down 10.32% or 80 points to 695.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 222 to 135 and 118 ended unchanged.
Shares in Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses PT (JK:BOSS) rose to all time highs; up 25.00% or 280 to 1400. Shares in Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (JK:WOMF) rose to 5-year highs; rising 24.39% or 60 to 306. Shares in Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk (JK:INRU) rose to 3-years highs; up 22.05% or 215 to 1190.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.57% or 0.35 to $61.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.38% or 0.25 to hit $65.17 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.50% or 6.60 to trade at $1325.50 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.36% to 13688.5, while AUD/IDR rose 0.09% to 10667.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 89.95.
