Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financials, Infrastructure and Basic Industry sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index lost 0.35%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Ristia Bintang Mahkotasejati (JK:RBMS), which rose 34.29% or 36 points to trade at 141 at the close. Meanwhile, Mahaka Media Tbk (JK:ABBA) added 34.00% or 17 points to end at 67 and Andira Agro Tbk PT (JK:ANDI) was up 18.13% or 155 points to 1010 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (JK:BUVA), which fell 24.50% or 49 points to trade at 151 at the close. Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:KIOS) declined 17.87% or 620 points to end at 2850 and PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (JK:CSIS) was down 14.43% or 56 points to 332.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 214 to 163 and 119 ended unchanged.
Shares in Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (JK:BUVA) fell to all time lows; losing 24.50% or 49 to 151. Shares in Andira Agro Tbk PT (JK:ANDI) rose to all time highs; gaining 18.13% or 155 to 1010. Shares in PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (JK:CSIS) fell to all time lows; losing 14.43% or 56 to 332.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.62% or 0.42 to $68.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.68% or 0.52 to hit $77.35 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 0.50 to trade at $1199.90 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.70% to 14870.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.02% to 10598.20.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 95.27.
