Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Miscellaneous Industry, Consumer Industry and Infrastructure sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index fell 0.31%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Tifa Finance Tbk (JK:TIFA), which rose 34.07% or 62 points to trade at 244 at the close. Meanwhile, Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:KIOS) added 24.91% or 660 points to end at 3310 and Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk PT (JK:ZINC) was up 24.86% or 92 points to 462 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arthavest Tbk (JK:ARTA), which fell 20.50% or 98 points to trade at 380 at the close. Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk (JK:ASJT) declined 16.91% or 115.00 points to end at 565.00 and Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (JK:HDFA) was down 9.31% or 19 points to 185.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 171 to 163 and 113 ended unchanged.
Shares in Tifa Finance Tbk (JK:TIFA) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 34.07% or 62 to 244. Shares in Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:KIOS) rose to all time highs; rising 24.91% or 660 to 3310. Shares in Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk PT (JK:ZINC) rose to all time highs; rising 24.86% or 92 to 462.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 1.36% or 0.71 to $51.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.20% or 0.70 to hit $57.45 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.41% or 5.28 to trade at $1288.28 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.06% to 13514.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.12% to 10575.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 93.17.
