Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Mining, Miscellaneous Industry and Trade sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index lost 0.27%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Mnc Land Tbk (JK:KPIG), which rose 21.90% or 230 points to trade at 1280 at the close. Meanwhile, Roda Vivatex Tbk (JK:RDTX) added 19.76% or 1225.00 points to end at 7425.00 and Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk PT (JK:GOLD) was up 13.86% or 56 points to 460 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Rimau Multi Putra Pratama (JK:CMPP), which fell 24.38% or 118 points to trade at 366 at the close. Sona Topas Tourism Industry (JK:SONA) declined 19.28% or 480 points to end at 2010 and Bank Qnb Indonesia Tbk (JK:BKSW) was down 16.95% or 40 points to 196.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 194 to 129 and 130 ended unchanged.
Shares in Mnc Land Tbk (JK:KPIG) rose to 52-week lows; gaining 21.90% or 230 to 1280. Shares in Roda Vivatex Tbk (JK:RDTX) rose to 52-week lows; rising 19.76% or 1225.00 to 7425.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.97% or 0.54 to $55.16 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.00% or 0.62 to hit $61.59 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 2.50 to trade at $1285.40 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.17% to 13529.0, while AUD/IDR fell 1.29% to 10185.50.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 93.47.
