Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Agriculture, Miscellaneous Industry and Infrastructure sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index lost 0.25%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Fortune Indonesia Tbk (JK:FORU), which rose 34.53% or 48 points to trade at 187 at the close. Meanwhile, Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (JK:WOMF) added 9.90% or 20 points to end at 222 and Nipress Tbk (JK:NIPS) was up 9.78% or 45 points to 505 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Intikeramik Alamasri Industri (JK:IKAI), which fell 34.64% or 62 points to trade at 117 at the close. Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk PT (JK:AHAP) declined 20.53% or 39 points to end at 151 and Capital Financial Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:CASA) was down 20.00% or 42 points to 168.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 198 to 149 and 132 ended unchanged.
Shares in Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk PT (JK:AHAP) fell to 52-week lows; down 20.53% or 39 to 151.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.50% or 0.32 to $63.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.14% or 0.10 to hit $69.16 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 8.70 to trade at $1331.20 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.13% to 13353.0, while AUD/IDR fell 2.32% to 10401.50.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.52% at 91.18.
