Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Financials, Infrastructure and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index added 1.53%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:ZBRA), which rose 34.62% or 27.00 points to trade at 105.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa PT Tbk (JK:TRON) added 34.33% or 46.00 points to end at 180.00 and Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (JK:BTEK) was up 33.33% or 1.00 points to 4.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Superkrane Mitra Utama Tbk PT (JK:SKRN), which fell 16.94% or 82.00 points to trade at 402.00 at the close. Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk PT (JK:BEBS) declined 16.67% or 1.00 points to end at 5.00 and Global Sukses Digital Tbk PT (JK:DOSS) was down 15.85% or 52.00 points to 276.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 341 to 285 and 203 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.04% or 0.74 to $70.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.98% or 0.73 to hit $73.90 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 1.56% or 42.60 to trade at $2,694.60 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.32% to 15,893.25, while AUD/IDR fell 0.32% to 10,333.09.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.32% at 107.17.
