Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Property, Basic Industry and Trade sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index rose 0.23%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (JK:HDFA), which rose 34.43% or 42 points to trade at 164 at the close. Meanwhile, Golden Plantation Tbk (JK:GOLL) added 29.63% or 32.00 points to end at 140.00 and Ayana Land International Tbk PT (JK:NASA) was up 24.58% or 58 points to 294 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sugih Energy Tbk (JK:SUGI), which fell 33.33% or 25 points to trade at 50 at the close. Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk PT (JK:GOLD) declined 14.17% or 85 points to end at 515 and Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk (JK:LMPI) was down 14.07% or 28 points to 171.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 184 to 147 and 119 ended unchanged.
Shares in Sugih Energy Tbk (JK:SUGI) fell to all time lows; losing 33.33% or 25 to 50. Shares in Ayana Land International Tbk PT (JK:NASA) rose to all time highs; up 24.58% or 58 to 294.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.45% or 0.22 to $49.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.46% or 0.24 to hit $52.38 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.81% or 10.29 to trade at $1272.89 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.11% to 13336.5, while AUD/IDR rose 0.24% to 10570.50.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 93.43.
