Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index rose 0.22%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (JK:BINA), which rose 1,616.67% or 3,880.00 points to trade at 4,120.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Super Energy Tbk PT (JK:SURE) added 1,551.61% or 2,405.00 points to end at 2,560.00 and Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Pt (JK:SAMF) was up 579.17% or 695.00 points to 815.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ever Shine Textile Industry (JK:ESTI), which fell 99.41% or 5,368.00 points to trade at 32.00 at the close. Bakrieland Development Tbk (JK:ELTY) declined 98.56% or 616.00 points to end at 9.00 and Eratex Djaja Tbk (JK:ERTX) was down 98.15% or 7,410.00 points to 140.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 338 to 305 and 191 ended unchanged.
Shares in Super Energy Tbk PT (JK:SURE) rose to 3-years highs; up 1,551.61% or 2,405.00 to 2,560.00. Shares in Eratex Djaja Tbk (JK:ERTX) fell to 52-week lows; losing 98.15% or 7,410.00 to 140.00.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.86% or 0.66 to $77.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.60% or 0.48 to hit $80.14 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.23% or 5.60 to trade at $2,479.00 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.05% to 15,958.65, while AUD/IDR rose 0.43% to 10,524.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 103.04.
