Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Mining, Miscellaneous Industry and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index gained 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (JK:HDFA), which rose 34.50% or 59 points to trade at 230 at the close. Meanwhile, Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk (JK:ASJT) added 25.00% or 195.00 points to end at 975.00 and Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (JK:OKAS) was up 24.56% or 84 points to 426 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Express Transindo Utama Tbk (JK:TAXI), which fell 22.67% or 17 points to trade at 58 at the close. Buana Finance Tbk (JK:BBLD) declined 20.98% or 129 points to end at 486 and Argha Karya Prima Ind Tbk (JK:AKPI) was down 16.94% or 155 points to 760.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 167 to 148 and 120 ended unchanged.
Shares in Express Transindo Utama Tbk (JK:TAXI) fell to all time lows; down 22.67% or 17 to 58. Shares in Buana Finance Tbk (JK:BBLD) fell to 5-year lows; down 20.98% or 129 to 486.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.81% or 0.41 to $50.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.40% or 0.23 to hit $56.77 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 1.71 to trade at $1271.49 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.17% to 13504.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.06% to 10495.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 93.86.
