Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Agriculture and Basic Industry sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index rose 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Trans Power Marine Tbk (JK:TPMA), which rose 0.68% or 5.00 points to trade at 740.00 at the close. Meanwhile, RMK Energy PT Tbk (JK:RMKE) added 159.71% or 329.00 points to end at 535.00 and PT Hatten Bali PT Tbk (JK:WINE) was up 141.86% or 183.00 points to 312.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lenox Pasifik Investama Tbk PT (JK:LPPS), which fell 99.31% or 8,094.00 points to trade at 56.00 at the close. Eratex Djaja Tbk (JK:ERTX) declined 96.93% or 7,318.00 points to end at 232.00 and Meta Epsi Tbk PT (JK:MTPS) was down 96.88% or 310.00 points to 10.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 478 to 175 and 172 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.09% or 0.07 to $75.60 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.19% or 0.15 to hit $79.77 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.52% or 12.20 to trade at $2,312.80 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.09% to 16,291.00, while AUD/IDR rose 0.26% to 10,738.18.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 104.83.
