Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Mining, Miscellaneous Industry and Trade sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index gained 0.03% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Bakrie Sumatera Plantations (JK:UNSP), which rose 31.68% or 51 points to trade at 212 at the close. Meanwhile, Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk PT (JK:ZINC) added 24.48% or 175 points to end at 890 and Renuka Coalindo Tbk (JK:SQMI) was up 20.23% or 70 points to 416 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance PT (JK:MTWI), which fell 24.66% or 127 points to trade at 388 at the close. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 (JK:SDRA) declined 24.54% or 200 points to end at 615 and Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk PT (JK:HOME) was down 23.53% or 40 points to 130.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 172 to 168 and 125 ended unchanged.

Shares in Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 (JK:SDRA) fell to 3-years lows; losing 24.54% or 200 to 615. Shares in Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk PT (JK:HOME) fell to 3-years lows; down 23.53% or 40 to 130.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.69% or 0.36 to $52.26 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.58% or 0.33 to hit $57.70 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 0.56 to trade at $1280.34 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.04% to 13533.0, while AUD/IDR fell 0.36% to 10524.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 93.75.
