Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Consumer Industry, Miscellaneous Industry and Manufacturing sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index added 0.44% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were LCK Global Kedaton (JK:LCKM), which rose 24.62% or 96 points to trade at 486 at the close. Meanwhile, Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (JK:AISA) added 24.49% or 121 points to end at 615 and Energi Mega Persada Tbk (JK:ENRG) was up 24.06% or 32 points to 165 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Wicaksana Overseas International (JK:WICO), which fell 9.82% or 54 points to trade at 496 at the close. Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk (JK:APII) declined 9.55% or 21 points to end at 199 and Majapahit Inti Corpora Tbk PT (JK:AKSI) was down 9.52% or 36 points to 342.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 177 to 176 and 119 ended unchanged.
Shares in LCK Global Kedaton (JK:LCKM) rose to all time highs; up 24.62% or 96 to 486.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.02% or 0.01 to $63.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.09% or 0.06 to hit $69.32 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.78% or 10.50 to trade at $1328.70 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.04% to 13349.0, while AUD/IDR fell 0.65% to 10645.50.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 90.52.
