Investing.com – Turkey stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Leasing & Factoring, Information Technology and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Istanbul, the BIST 100 rose 0.99% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the BIST 100 were Nurol Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (IS:NUGYO), which rose 20.00% or 0.890 points to trade at 5.340 at the close. Meanwhile, Netas Telekomunikasyon AS (IS:NETAS) added 5.92% or 0.77 points to end at 13.77 and Koza Anadolu Metal Madencilik Isletmeleri AS (IS:KOZAA) was up 5.44% or 0.130 points to 2.520 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi AS (IS:OTKAR), which fell 3.14% or 4.10 points to trade at 126.30 at the close. DO & Co AG (IS:DOCO) declined 1.99% or 5.40 points to end at 266.60 and EIS Eczacibasi Ilac Sinai ve Finansal Yatirimlar Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (IS:ECILC) was down 1.36% or 0.060 points to 4.350.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange by 246 to 105 and 55 ended unchanged.

Gold Futures for August delivery was down 0.74% or 9.52 to $1269.98 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in July rose 0.96% or 0.44 to hit $46.08 a barrel, while the August Brent oil contract rose 1.17% or 0.56 to trade at $48.42 a barrel.
USD/TRY was up 0.38% to 3.5380, while EUR/TRY rose 0.07% to 3.9587.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.38% at 97.32.
