Schwab Core Equity SWANX seeks appreciation of capital for the long run. SWANX invests a bulk of its assets in equity securities of domestic companies. The fund generally targets companies with market cap of more than $500 million. It seeks to maintain a portfolio of companies whose performance is expected to beat that of the broader S&P 500 index in the long run. Schwab Core Equity has three-year annualized returns of 10.8%.
