Investing.com – Spain stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Financial Services & Real Estate, Telecoms & IT and Building & Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Madrid, the IBEX 35 fell 0.46%.
The best performers of the session on the IBEX 35 were ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA (MC:ACS), which rose 2.06% or 0.700 points to trade at 34.740 at the close. Meanwhile, Enagas (MC:ENAG) added 1.74% or 0.420 points to end at 24.600 and International Consolidated Airlines Group SA (MC:ICAG) was up 1.62% or 0.118 points to 7.380 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Indra A (MC:IDR), which fell 8.67% or 0.815 points to trade at 8.580 at the close. BBVA (MC:BBVA) declined 5.64% or 0.294 points to end at 4.923 and Acerinox (MC:ACX) was down 5.57% or 0.554 points to 9.386.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Madrid Stock Exchange by 93 to 74 and 15 ended unchanged.

Gold Futures for December delivery was down 1.37% or 16.80 to $1209.40 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in December fell 1.30% or 0.79 to hit $59.88 a barrel, while the January Brent oil contract fell 1.09% or 0.77 to trade at $69.88 a barrel.
EUR/USD was down 0.33% to 1.1327, while EUR/GBP rose 0.31% to 0.8727.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 96.78.
