Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Telecoms & IT and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 1.30%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:2300), which rose 4.79% or 0.56 points to trade at 12.26 at the close. Meanwhile, The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030) added 3.82% or 0.54 points to end at 14.66 and Astra Industrial Group (SE:1212) was up 1.83% or 0.32 points to 17.84 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Alujain Corporation (SE:2170), which fell 8.42% or 2.45 points to trade at 26.65 at the close. Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SE:2250) declined 4.67% or 1.25 points to end at 25.50 and Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company (SE:8040) was down 4.57% or 1.15 points to 24.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 156 to 19 and 9 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.05% or 0.04 to $74.29 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.65% or 0.55 to hit $84.03 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.42% or 5.10 to trade at $1206.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.08% to 4.3215, while USD/SAR rose 0.03% to 3.7511.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 95.31.
