Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Industrial Investment, Building & Construction and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.35%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Indian Company Insurance (SE:8110), which rose 9.88% or 1.02 points to trade at 11.34 at the close. Meanwhile, Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) added 7.34% or 2.10 points to end at 30.70 and Saudi Steel Pipe Company (SE:1320) was up 6.02% or 1.16 points to 20.44 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110), which fell 8.12% or 3.20 points to trade at 36.20 at the close. Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050) declined 6.90% or 1.48 points to end at 19.98 and Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061) was down 5.86% or 0.66 points to 10.60.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 132 to 45 and 11 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.40% or 0.26 to $65.05 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.09% or 0.82 to hit $74.65 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.64% or 19.90 to trade at $1232.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.68% to 4.2732, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7506.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.67% at 96.25.
