Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Insurance and Media & Publishing sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.29%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213), which rose 4.00% or 0.52 points to trade at 13.52 at the close. Meanwhile, Electrical Industries Co (SE:1303) added 4.86% or 0.94 points to end at 20.30 and Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (SE:4290) was up 3.03% or 0.42 points to 14.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Hammadi Co (SE:4007), which fell 2.47% or 0.63 points to trade at 24.92 at the close. Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co (SE:1330) declined 2.33% or 0.10 points to end at 4.20 and AL-BABTAIN POWER &TELECOM CO (SE:2320) was down 2.21% or 0.50 points to 22.08.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 116 to 59 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co (SE:1330) fell to all time lows; losing 2.33% or 0.10 to 4.20.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.00% or 0.56 to $56.63 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.10% or 0.72 to hit $66.46 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.22% or 2.85 to trade at $1296.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.13% to 4.2200, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.00% at 97.273.
