Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Transport, Insurance and Retail sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.57%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311), which rose 10.00% or 1.94 points to trade at 21.34 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110) added 9.96% or 3.45 points to end at 38.10 and Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050) was up 9.90% or 1.60 points to 17.76 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were National Medical Care Company (SE:4005), which fell 3.31% or 1.60 points to trade at 46.80 at the close. Saudi Company for Hardware (SE:4008) declined 2.73% or 2.40 points to end at 85.60 and Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140) was down 2.34% or 3.00 points to 125.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 149 to 27 and 10 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.62% or 0.42 to $67.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.48% or 0.37 to hit $77.25 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1232.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.19% to 4.2688, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7505.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 96.38.
