Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Insurance and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.44%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810), which rose 7.38% or 1.58 points to trade at 23.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Company for Hardware (SE:4008) added 4.57% or 3.10 points to end at 71.00 and Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff .Co (SE:2270) was up 3.72% or 3.20 points to 89.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8280), which fell 4.89% or 1.80 points to trade at 35.00 at the close. Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance (SE:8120) declined 4.09% or 0.58 points to end at 13.60 and Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (SE:4130) was down 2.91% or 0.44 points to 14.66.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 98 to 74 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (SE:4130) fell to 52-week lows; falling 2.91% or 0.44 to 14.66.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.03% or 0.71 to $69.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.00% or 0.78 to hit $78.83 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.03% or 0.40 to trade at $1205.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.23% to 4.3921, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7512.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 93.97.
