Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Agriculture & Food, Insurance and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.40%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (SE:4013), which rose 7.30% or 5.50 points to trade at 80.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Takween Advanced Industries (SE:1201) added 5.37% or 0.38 points to end at 7.46 and National Company for Learning and Education SJSC (SE:4291) was up 4.67% or 2.10 points to 47.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (SE:4240), which fell 4.23% or 0.80 points to trade at 18.10 at the close. Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SE:2250) declined 3.47% or 0.70 points to end at 19.50 and Food Products Co. (SE:2100) was down 2.71% or 1.20 points to 43.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 108 to 77 and 15 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.30% or 0.51 to $39.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.21% or 0.50 to hit $41.77 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 1.18% or 21.30 to trade at $1779.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.29% to 4.2244, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7510.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 97.082.
