Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Insurance, Agriculture & Food and Energy & Utilities sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.26%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Steel Pipe Company (SE:1320), which rose 9.97% or 1.90 points to trade at 20.96 at the close. Meanwhile, Savola Group (SE:2050) added 5.90% or 1.75 points to end at 31.40 and Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210) was up 5.29% or 4.50 points to 89.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabian Mining Company (SE:1211), which fell 9.55% or 4.75 points to trade at 45.00 at the close. Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070) declined 4.29% or 0.90 points to end at 20.10 and Saudi Transport & Investment Co (SE:4110) was down 3.97% or 1.25 points to 30.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 98 to 71 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Transport & Investment Co (SE:4110) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.97% or 1.25 to 30.20.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.41% or 0.24 to $58.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.55% or 0.37 to hit $67.84 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.11% or 1.35 to trade at $1284.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.01% to 4.1982, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 97.623.
