Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Utilities and Mining sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares lost 0.34%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Lesieur Cristal (CS:LESU), which rose 5.40% or 7.65 points to trade at 149.35 at the close. Meanwhile, Med Paper (CS:PAP) added 4.90% or 0.98 points to end at 20.99 and Label Vie (CS:LBV) was up 3.24% or 60 points to 1910 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sonasid (CS:SOND), which fell 6.76% or 37 points to trade at 509 at the close. Taslif (CS:TSF1) declined 5.80% or 1.45 points to end at 23.55 and Realis. Mecaniques (CS:SRM) was down 5.34% or 12.85 points to 228.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 26 to 12 and 9 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.19% or 0.83 to $70.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.32% or 0.25 to hit $79.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.46% or 5.50 to trade at $1208.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.02% to 10.9720, while USD/MAD fell 0.11% to 9.3897.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 94.09.
