Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Invest Companies & Other Finance, Real Estate and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares lost 0.21%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Med Paper (CS:PAP), which rose 9.96% or 2.72 points to trade at 30.02 at the close. Meanwhile, Aluminum du Maroc SA (CS:ALU) added 5.69% or 79 points to end at 1467 and Oulmes (CS:OULM) was up 4.83% or 91 points to 1974 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Residences Dar Saada SA (CS:RDS), which fell 6.20% or 7.55 points to trade at 114.15 at the close. Agma Lahlou-Tazi (CS:AGMA) declined 5.90% or 173 points to end at 2760 and Salafin (CS:SLF) was down 4.45% or 47 points to 1010.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 26 to 14 and 9 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.02% or 0.01 to $60.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.12% or 0.08 to hit $64.56 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.20% or 2.60 to trade at $1324.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.14% to 11.3290, while USD/MAD rose 0.03% to 9.1592.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 89.72.
