Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Utilities, Food Producers & Processors and Banking sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares declined 0.08%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Realis. Mecaniques (CSE:SRM), which rose 9.99% or 40.55 points to trade at 446.35 at the close. Meanwhile, Ste de Travaux de Realisation d’Ouvrages et de Constuction Industielle SA (CSE:STR) added 8.57% or 3.00 points to end at 37.99 and IB Maroc Com SA (CSE:IBC) was up 5.81% or 1.70 points to 30.98 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lesieur Cristal (CSE:LES), which fell 6.81% or 19.00 points to trade at 260.00 at the close. Ennakl Automobiles (CSE:NKL) declined 3.59% or 1.19 points to end at 32.00 and Aradei Capital SA (CSE:ARD) was down 2.58% or 12.90 points to 487.10.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 22 to 15 and 15 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was up 1.95% or 1.50 to $78.34 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 1.51% or 1.20 to hit $80.86 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.92% or 22.65 to trade at $2,496.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.15% to 10.73, while USD/MAD unchanged 0.00% to 9.85.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 102.96.
