Investing.com – Morocco stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate, Mining and Pharmaceutical Industry sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares added 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Cartier Saada (CSE:CRS), which rose 9.99% or 3.68 points to trade at 40.52 at the close. Meanwhile, IB Maroc Com SA (CSE:IBC) added 9.97% or 3.51 points to end at 38.70 and Jet Contractors (CSE:JET) was up 9.70% or 65.00 points to 735.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ste de Travaux de Realisation d’Ouvrages et de Constuction Industielle SA (CSE:STR), which fell 8.15% or 5.50 points to trade at 62.00 at the close. Stokvis Nord Afrique (CSE:SNA) declined 7.13% or 1.14 points to end at 14.85 and Societe Equipement Domestique et Menager SA (CSE:EQD) was down 6.78% or 80.00 points to 1,100.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 33 to 27 and 6 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery was up 2.32% or 1.73 to $76.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.79% or 1.39 to hit $78.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.74% or 18.75 to trade at $2,556.55 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.17% to 10.77, while USD/MAD unchanged 0.00% to 9.67.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.38% at 101.38.
