Investing.com – Morocco stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Distributors, Mining and Insurance sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares added 0.12%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Realis. Mecaniques (CSE:SRM), which rose 9.99% or 33.50 points to trade at 368.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Zellidja S.A (CSE:ZDJ) added 5.59% or 4.50 points to end at 85.00 and Managem (CSE:MNG) was up 2.53% or 68.00 points to 2,760.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ste Nationale de Siderurgie SA (CSE:SID), which fell 2.84% or 25.00 points to trade at 855.00 at the close. Douja Prom Addoha (CSE:ADH) declined 2.10% or 0.63 points to end at 29.42 and Colorado (CSE:COL) was down 1.87% or 0.99 points to 52.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 21 to 19 and 13 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was up 1.02% or 0.77 to $76.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.69% or 0.54 to hit $78.87 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.94% or 22.85 to trade at $2,455.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.36% to 10.75, while USD/MAD rose 0.30% to 9.84.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 103.08.
