Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Banking, Financials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.74%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Energix (TASE:ENRG), which rose 2.87% or 37 points to trade at 1325 at the close. Meanwhile, Perrigo (TASE:PRGO) added 2.86% or 350 points to end at 12600 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) was up 2.50% or 67 points to 2747 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE), which fell 3.25% or 2890 points to trade at 86110 at the close. Nova (TASE:NVMI) declined 2.59% or 1090 points to end at 40960 and Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) was down 2.34% or 240 points to 10020.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 312 to 188 and 27 ended unchanged.
Shares in Liveperson (TASE:LPSN) fell to 52-week lows; losing 2.34% or 240 to 10020.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.72% or 0.57 to $78.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.26% or 0.21 to hit $81.78 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 7.05 to trade at $1796.25 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.05% to 3.1079, while EUR/ILS rose 0.67% to 3.5309.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.61% at 95.735.
