Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Banking, Financials and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.72%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR), which rose 1.78% or 3,100.00 points to trade at 177,400.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ) added 1.74% or 9.00 points to end at 527.00 and Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) was up 1.47% or 670.00 points to 46,220.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Energix (TASE:ENRG), which fell 7.94% or 104.00 points to trade at 1,205.00 at the close. OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE) declined 2.39% or 75.00 points to end at 3,060.00 and Bank Hapoalim (TASE:POLI) was down 2.04% or 87.00 points to 4,175.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 262 to 206 and 70 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 2.70% or 1.81 to $68.73 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.65% or 1.88 to hit $72.92 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.76% or 45.30 to trade at $2,615.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.06% to 3.74, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.06% to 3.95.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.21% at 106.39.
