Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Real Estate and Banking sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.72%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Nova (TASE:NVMI), which rose 5.02% or 3,910.00 points to trade at 81,800.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) added 2.41% or 330.00 points to end at 14,050.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) was up 2.09% or 1,280.00 points to 62,430.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG), which fell 4.19% or 200.00 points to trade at 4,570.00 at the close. Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) declined 3.45% or 25.10 points to end at 702.90 and Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:PHOE) was down 3.27% or 114.00 points to 3,377.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 373 to 83 and 83 ended unchanged.
Shares in Nova (TASE:NVMI) rose to all time highs; rising 5.02% or 3,910.00 to 81,800.00. Shares in Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.45% or 25.10 to 702.90.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.66% or 0.49 to $74.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.64% or 0.50 to hit $78.91 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.33% or 7.85 to trade at $2,383.35 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.35% to 3.73, while EUR/ILS rose 0.46% to 4.06.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 104.26.
