Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Banking, Real Estate and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 0.41%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA), which rose 3.08% or 188.00 points to trade at 6,288.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) added 2.64% or 710.00 points to end at 27,580.00 and Harel (TASE:HARL) was up 2.20% or 101.00 points to 4,699.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN), which fell 3.46% or 51.00 points to trade at 1,422.00 at the close. NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) declined 2.93% or 2,000.00 points to end at 66,270.00 and Nova (TASE:NVMI) was down 2.91% or 2,100.00 points to 69,990.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 274 to 197 and 67 ended unchanged.
Shares in Harel (TASE:HARL) rose to all time highs; gaining 2.20% or 101.00 to 4,699.00.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.75% or 0.51 to $68.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.53% or 0.38 to hit $72.52 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.96% or 25.79 to trade at $2,711.59 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.76% to 3.59, while EUR/ILS rose 0.30% to 3.77.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 106.27.
