Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Real Estate, Insurance and Banking sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 0.37%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:SPNS), which rose 4.82% or 451.00 points to trade at 9,805.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) added 3.38% or 133.00 points to end at 4,068.00 and Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) was up 3.08% or 760.00 points to 25,430.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Energix (TASE:ENRG), which fell 5.06% or 55.00 points to trade at 1,032.00 at the close. Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:ENLT) declined 4.49% or 244.00 points to end at 5,185.00 and ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) was down 3.63% or 68.00 points to 1,804.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 322 to 118 and 104 ended unchanged.
Shares in Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) rose to all time highs; gaining 3.08% or 760.00 to 25,430.00. Shares in ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:ICL) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.63% or 68.00 to 1,804.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.75% or 0.58 to $77.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.85% or 0.69 to hit $82.12 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.22% or 4.25 to trade at $1,941.95 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.36% to 3.86, while EUR/ILS rose 0.46% to 4.13.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 105.60.
