Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Banking, Communication and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 1.49%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Liveperson (TASE:LPSN), which rose 4.07% or 500 points to trade at 12800 at the close. Meanwhile, Poalim (TASE:POLI) added 3.64% or 98 points to end at 2790 and Nice Ltd (TASE:NICE) was up 3.51% or 1750 points to 51650 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Harel (TASE:HARL), which fell 1.51% or 45 points to trade at 2940 at the close. Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) declined 1.22% or 31 points to end at 2502 and Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) was down 1.05% or 280 points to 26510.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 247 to 146 and 26 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.01% or 0.53 to $52.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.37% or 0.79 to hit $58.50 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 3.55 to trade at $1510.25 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.25% to 3.4832, while EUR/ILS fell 0.12% to 3.8239.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 98.510.
