Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Biomed, Insurance and Banking sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.95%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG), which rose 3.94% or 1,900.00 points to trade at 50,090.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) added 3.07% or 770.00 points to end at 25,860.00 and Harel (TASE:HARL) was up 3.02% or 84.00 points to 2,866.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which fell 3.46% or 830.00 points to trade at 23,170.00 at the close. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) declined 1.62% or 78.00 points to end at 4,732.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) was down 0.99% or 710.00 points to 70,950.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 297 to 151 and 96 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 2.08% or 1.58 to $74.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 1.61% or 1.30 to hit $79.56 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.68% or 34.50 to trade at $2,091.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.26% to 3.71, while EUR/ILS fell 0.28% to 4.04.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 103.13.
