Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Banking, Technology and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.43%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), which rose 4.53% or 2,790.00 points to trade at 64,400.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR) added 3.09% or 3,890.00 points to end at 129,690.00 and Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:MZTF) was up 2.51% or 320.00 points to 13,080.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA), which fell 2.42% or 660.00 points to trade at 26,580.00 at the close. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) declined 1.62% or 76.00 points to end at 4,611.00 and Big Shopping Centers Ltd (TASE:BIG) was down 1.49% or 540.00 points to 35,740.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 267 to 168 and 104 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.34% or 0.28 to $81.46 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.49% or 0.42 to hit $84.84 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.01% or 0.30 to trade at $2,336.90 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.43% to 3.77, while EUR/ILS rose 0.55% to 4.04.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 105.53.
