Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Communication and Banking sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 rose 0.09%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were OPKO Health Inc (TA:OPK), which rose 4.60% or 55 points to trade at 1251 at the close. Meanwhile, Liveperson (TA:LPSN) added 2.04% or 159 points to end at 7949 and Delek Drilling LP (TA:DEDRp) was up 1.82% or 19 points to 1064 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TA:TEVA), which fell 2.06% or 154 points to trade at 7326 at the close. Nice Ltd (TA:NICE) declined 1.51% or 590 points to end at 38500 and Perrigo (TA:PRGO) was down 1.36% or 350 points to 25340.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 234 to 114 and 23 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.43% or 0.29 to $67.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $77.66 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.51% or 6.30 to trade at $1235.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.05% to 3.6937, while EUR/ILS rose 0.13% to 4.2128.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.31% at 96.16.
