Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Banking, Oil & Gas and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Israel Corp (TA:ILCO), which rose 3.63% or 4200 points to trade at 119800 at the close. Meanwhile, Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TA:TSEM) added 3.46% or 254 points to end at 7605 and Azrieli Group Ltd (TA:AZRG) was up 2.97% or 530 points to 18400 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Perrigo (TA:PRGO), which fell 5.92% or 1580 points to trade at 25130 at the close. Fattal 1998 Holdings Ltd (TA:FATTAL) declined 1.38% or 550.00 points to end at 39350.00 and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TA:BEZQ) was down 1.29% or 5.5 points to 420.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 193 to 187 and 23 ended unchanged.
Shares in Perrigo (TA:PRGO) fell to 52-week lows; losing 5.92% or 1580 to 25130.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.77% or 0.57 to $74.86 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.93% or 0.78 to hit $84.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.26% or 3.10 to trade at $1191.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.02% to 3.6427, while EUR/ILS fell 0.26% to 4.1767.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 95.57.
