Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Financials, Investment and Public Services sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconnection Electric SA ESP (BVC:ISA), which rose 2.14% or 360.00 points to trade at 17,160.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC:SIS) added 2.08% or 720.00 points to end at 35,320.00 and Bancolombia Pf (BVC:BIC_p1) was up 1.56% or 560.00 points to 36,500.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Canacol Energy Ltd (BVC:CNE), which fell 3.17% or 420.00 points to trade at 12,840.00 at the close. Grupo Bolivar SA (BVC:SCA) declined 1.64% or 980.00 points to end at 58,820.00 and Organizacion Terpel SA (BVC:TPL) was down 1.43% or 160.00 points to 11,040.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.
US coffee C for March delivery was up 5.36% or 16.80 to $330.30 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March rose 0.17% or 17.00 to hit $9,870.00 , while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.20% or 5.21 to trade at $2,653.61 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.11% to 4,407.30, while BRL/COP fell 1.45% to 723.72.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 105.95.
