The worst performers of the session were Interconnection Electric SA ESP (CN:ISA), which fell 2.83% or 400.0 points to trade at 13720.0 at the close. Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) declined 2.68% or 80.0 points to end at 2905.0 and Banco De Bogota SA (CN:BBO) was down 1.42% or 980.0 points to 68000.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 21 to 3 and 7 ended unchanged.
US coffee C for September delivery was down 0.17% or 0.20 to $116.42 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in September fell 1.39% or 34.50 to hit $2446.00 , while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.19% or 2.40 to trade at $1277.70 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.03% to 2922.50, while BRL/COP fell 0.15% to 780.02.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 94.66.
