Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Public Services, Financials and Services sectors led shares lower.

Meanwhile, Grupoaval (CN:GAA) added 1.23% or 15.0 points to end at 1230.0 and Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) was up 1.01% or 25.0 points to 2505.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p), which fell 3.01% or 250.0 points to trade at 8050.0 at the close. Cemargos (CN:CCB) declined 2.47% or 240.0 points to end at 9460.0 and Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (CN:SIS) was down 1.91% or 740.0 points to 38000.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 1 to 0.
Shares in Cemargos (CN:CCB) fell to 52-week lows; falling 2.47% or 240.0 to 9460.0.
US coffee C for May delivery was down 0.13% or 0.16 to $121.12 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in May rose 0.43% or 11.00 to hit $2545.00 , while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 1.70 to trade at $1325.40 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.37% to 2843.00, while BRL/COP fell 0.46% to 871.10.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 89.75.
