Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Investment and Public Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconnection Electric SA ESP (CN:ISA), which rose 2.76% or 400.0 points to trade at 14900.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Pfgrupsura (CN:SIS_p) added 1.00% or 360.0 points to end at 36480.0 and Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p) was up 0.86% or 140.0 points to 16440.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which fell 2.47% or 220.0 points to trade at 8680.0 at the close. Bcolombia (CN:BIC) declined 2.13% or 720.0 points to end at 33160.0 and Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) was down 2.06% or 420.0 points to 19940.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 1 to 0.
US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.47% or 0.56 to $119.53 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July fell 2.24% or 64.00 to hit $2799.50 , while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.33% or 4.30 to trade at $1318.50 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.11% to 2817.00, while BRL/COP rose 0.35% to 810.27.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.40% at 91.39.
