Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Investment and Industrials sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p), which rose 2.48% or 200.0 points to trade at 8250.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Etb (CN:ETB) added 1.20% or 5.0 points to end at 420.0 and Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p) was up 1.07% or 320.0 points to 30200.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which fell 1.77% or 170.0 points to trade at 9430.0 at the close. Bcolombia (CN:BIC) declined 1.44% or 460.0 points to end at 31540.0 and Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) was down 1.05% or 200.0 points to 18800.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 1 to 0.
US coffee C for May delivery was down 1.82% or 2.20 to $118.92 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in May fell 0.55% or 14.00 to hit $2531.00 , while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.70% or 9.30 to trade at $1316.30 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.12% to 2846.50, while BRL/COP fell 0.67% to 866.01.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.43% at 90.14.
