Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Industrials, Services and Agriculture sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP lost 0.18% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which rose 5.13% or 195.0 points to trade at 3995.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Conconcret (CN:CIC) added 3.03% or 10.0 points to end at 340.0 and Bcolombia (CN:BIC) was up 1.53% or 480.0 points to 31800.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Etb (CN:ETB), which fell 4.38% or 12.0 points to trade at 262.0 at the close. Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) declined 3.71% or 65.0 points to end at 1685.0 and Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) was down 2.50% or 250.0 points to 9750.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 11 to 10 and 5 ended unchanged.
Shares in Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) fell to 52-week lows; falling 3.71% or 65.0 to 1685.0.
US coffee C for March delivery was down 0.70% or 0.70 to $99.40 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March rose 2.89% or 64.50 to hit $2294.50 , while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 1.45 to trade at $1253.25 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.24% to 3197.20, while BRL/COP rose 0.06% to 817.87.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 96.545.
