Meanwhile, Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) added 0.68% or 220.0 points to end at 32800.0 and Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p) was up 0.31% or 100.0 points to 32340.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Conconcret (CN:CIC), which fell 3.76% or 12.0 points to trade at 307.0 at the close. Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) declined 1.78% or 180.0 points to end at 9920.0 and Empresa de Energia de Bogota SA ESP (CN:EEB) was down 1.67% or 30.0 points to 1765.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 15 to 8 and 3 ended unchanged.
Shares in Empresa de Energia de Bogota SA ESP (CN:EEB) fell to 52-week lows; falling 1.67% or 30.0 to 1765.0.
US coffee C for March delivery was down 2.62% or 2.75 to $102.40 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March fell 4.49% or 99.00 to hit $2107.00 , while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.14% or 1.70 to trade at $1247.70 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.22% to 3183.60, while BRL/COP rose 0.58% to 816.01.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.19% at 97.368.
