Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Investment, Industrials and Agriculture sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.14%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO), which rose 1.06% or 15.0 points to trade at 1425.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Grupoaval (CN:GAA) added 0.75% or 10.0 points to end at 1345.0 and Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p) was up 0.55% or 180.0 points to 32760.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Conconcret (CN:CIC), which fell 1.96% or 20.0 points to trade at 1000.0 at the close. Cemargos (CN:CCB) declined 1.70% or 200.0 points to end at 11580.0 and Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) was down 1.53% or 180.0 points to 11620.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 15 to 9 and 8 ended unchanged.
Shares in Grupoaval (CN:GAA) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 0.75% or 10.0 to 1345.0.
US coffee C for December delivery was up 0.09% or 0.11 to $126.53 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 0.67% or 14.00 to hit $2085.50 , while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.68% or 8.86 to trade at $1305.36 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.21% to 2934.57, while BRL/COP rose 0.46% to 931.82.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 92.91.
