Meanwhile, Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p) added 3.12% or 240.0 points to end at 7940.0 and Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p) was up 1.08% or 180.0 points to 16820.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO), which fell 2.73% or 85.0 points to trade at 3025.0 at the close. Etb (CN:ETB) declined 1.54% or 6.0 points to end at 384.0 and Conconcret (CN:CIC) was 0.00% or 0.0 points to 790.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 16 to 10 and 5 ended unchanged.
Shares in Etb (CN:ETB) fell to 3-years lows; down 1.54% or 6.0 to 384.0. Shares in Conconcret (CN:CIC) unchanged to 5-year lows; unchanged 0.00% or 0.0 to 790.0.
US coffee C for July delivery was down 1.13% or 1.36 to $119.47 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 0.17% or 4.50 to hit $2615.50 , while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.00 to trade at $1293.00 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.62% to 2867.64, while BRL/COP rose 1.25% to 791.42.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 93.90.
