US coffee C for September delivery was up 3.48% or 8.15 to $242.20 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 4.55% or 336.00 to hit $7,054.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.61% or 39.90 to trade at $2,513.30 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.05% to 4,053.70, while BRL/COP fell 0.14% to 738.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 102.94.
