Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Financials, Industrials and Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP gained 0.58%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO), which rose 2.17% or 55.0 points to trade at 2590.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) added 2.09% or 640.0 points to end at 31200.0 and Bcolombia (CN:BIC) was up 1.71% or 540.0 points to 32200.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which fell 3.62% or 340.0 points to trade at 9060.0 at the close. Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (CN:BVC) declined 1.75% or 0.4 points to end at 22.4 and Grupo Nutresa SA (CN:NCH) was down 1.50% or 400.0 points to 26200.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 1 to 0.

US coffee C for May delivery was down 0.17% or 0.20 to $118.88 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in May rose 1.55% or 38.00 to hit $2496.50 , while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.58% or 7.60 to trade at $1310.20 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.18% to 2865.22, while BRL/COP fell 0.51% to 865.94.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.60% at 90.01.
